How can I make a payment when I order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and e-checks via Paypal. We also accept Western Union, MoneyGram, international money orders, and bank/certified checks by postal mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express cards at this time.

We do not process credit cards directly. Instead, all card payments are processed by one of our partner processing companies.

Yes, you may order using a Paypal debit from your bank account (e-check), Western Union, MoneyGram, an international money order, or bank/certified check.

If you choose to pay us with an international money order, Western Union, or a bank/certified check please print out our print-friendly order form.

Can I order offline/send you my payment via postal mail?

Yes, you may print out our print-friendly order form and send it to us via postal mail along with your payment in the form of US dollars (cash), an international money order, Western Union, or a bank/certified check.

Please make sure to specify the method (postal mail, e-mail, fax, etc.) in which you would like us to send you the contact information.

What is MuslimaMatch.com's refund policy?

We generally do not refund payments. If you experience a problem such as an invalid or duplicate 'address' or if you do not receive an order, let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem (by substituting another 'address or finding another method to get the information to you), but we will not issue a refund.

Exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of MuslimaMatch.com management.
