What do I get with my order? What does "contact information" include?
We give you whatever information regarding how she would like to be contacted that the woman has given to us. We always give out a postal address and then any combination of phone, fax and email address that the woman has given to us.
How long does it take from the time I place my online order till I get the contact information I ordered?
Orders placed on our web site, prior to 9:00 am North American Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 am North American Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the next business day. Allow at most 24 hours to receive your purchased information.

If you do not receive your order according to the schedule, wait at least 24 hours, then send an e-mail to orders@muslimamatch.com. Be sure to refer to the order reference number that was confirmed when you placed the order, the date the order was placed, your name as you entered it on the order, and the e-mail address you provided when you made the order. We should be able to find your order with this information and reply to you.
Note: Please be patient and wait at least 24 hours before requesting a trace. Traces requested before we have been given time to even start to process an order usually result in DELAYS as we have to shift the order out of position in the processing queue to find it and check its status and generally waste time this way.
The most common reasons clients do not get their order on schedule is that 1) they gave us an incomplete or incorrect return email address and 2) their e-mail program uses a spam filter that blocked or filtered out our e-mail to them.
If the e-mail we sent was returned to us as undeliverable we double check your e-mail address and try to resend the e-mail to you. If this second mailing also fails, then we send a copy of the original bounced e-mail (including the contact information you ordered) via postal mail to you.
You may also not have received our e-mail due to some mishap on the part of your e-mail provider. This usually means that you do not get our email message, and we do not get a "undeliverable notice" so we are not aware that there is a problem. In our experience AOL is one of the worst offenders in this regard. AOL regularly loses e-mails sent to its subscribers. We recommend that if you have a second non-AOL e-mail address, that you use this address to place your order.
How long does it take from the time that I send my order in the mail till I get the contact information I ordered?
The answer to this question will vary according to your location and because we are at the mercy of the postal services involved. Allow at most 6 weeks (it will be much less from most destinations) for us to receive your mail order. As soon as we get your order, (if paid by postal order, cash, or bank/certified check or draft) we will process it the next working day - Monday through Friday. Remember that WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

If you have an e-mail address be sure to send it along with your order request so that we can send you the contact information quickly via e-mail. If you have more than one e-mail address, please send both/all to us.
And please remember, when you are sending mail overseas, be sure to affix proper Air Mail postage, write Air Mail on the envelope, and write the NAME of the country the letter is going to. Not following these guidelines will result in your letter being returned to you or a serious delay in delivery.
Is the contact information I receive current?
We strive to keep our information up to date. We check periodically with our female clients to make sure that their contact information is correct and current. We also ask that the women notify us of any changes of address so that we can update their profiles.
We remove any profiles that we discover do not contain current or correct information.
Although we do our best to verify the contact information we cannot guarantee that all of the posted information is current and correct.
Are these women still available?
Providing you with up-to-date profile choices is important to us. We do our best to keep the database current, by regularly asking women to inform us when they don't want to receive new letters.
We also regularly send e-mails and postal letters to all women in our database asking them if they are still available and if there are any changes to their personal data. As soon as they inform us, we remove the profiles of women who are no longer available from the web site.
However, sometimes women do neglect to inform us of their change in availability. If you discover that a woman is no longer available after you have bought her contact information, we will verify her non-availability and replace her contact information with another woman's contact information of your choice.
I just ordered 5 addresses. I see that two of the women have the same address. How can this be? What should I do?
Our female members often encourage friends and relatives to also apply to MuslimaMatch.com. Sometimes this results in sisters, cousins, or friends who live together (hence the duplicate addresses) registering for the service.
Since it would be inappropriate for you to write to more than one woman at the same address, our policy is to provide replacements for duplicate addresses.
If we notice the duplication when we are processing your order we will notify you and ask you to select (a) replacement address(es). If you notice duplicates, please e-mail us with the issue right away and we will provide you with (a) replacement address(es).
