Eligibility
You must be 18 years old or older to register for MuslimaMatch.com, purchase profile contact information or post a profile to the MuslimaMatch.com web site. By using the Web site and/or service you represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, if 18 is not the age of majority) and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Right to Use
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion.We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
Non-commercial Use
The Website is for the personal use of individual Members/Users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Accessing MuslimaMatch.com
You are solely responsible for providing all hardware, software, telephone or other communications equipment and/or service to connect to the Internet and access MuslimaMatch.com and are responsible for all Internet access charges, telephone charges or other fees or charges incurred in connecting to the Internet and accessing MuslimaMatch.com.
Term of Agreement
This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Web site, information derived from the Web site, and/or are a registered member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting MuslimaMatch.com. MuslimaMatch.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address you provided at registration or such other e-mail address that you may later provide to MuslimaMatch.com. If MuslimaMatch.com terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of unused subscription fees. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
Fees and Payments
MuslimaMatch.com's usage and/or subscription fees are clearly posted on the Web site and provided to you upon registration for the subscription service and at time of payment for profile contact information.
Users may pay for profile contact information in two ways: 1) users may complete individual purchase transactions for contact information 2) users may register for MuslimaMatch.com's paid monthly subscription service.
MuslimaMatch.com ("We") reserves the right to change its subscription fees and/or pricing policy at any time at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to change the method or manner in which we charge members or the method of payment which is acceptable to us, at our sole discretion.
You (the User/Member) agree to pay or have paid all fees incurred in connection with your membership with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect for using the Service, or add new fees or charges, by posting new fees and changes on the site from time to time. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service through an Internet access provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges. YOU, AND NOT WE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU.
If MuslimaMatch.com terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of unused subscription fees.
User Conduct
You agree to access and use MuslimaMatch.com only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to (1) your use of MuslimaMatch.com (2) the use of any networks or other services connected to MuslimaMatch.com, and (3) the communications means by which you connect your modem, computer, or other equipment to MuslimaMatch.com.
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not MuslimaMatch.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. MuslimaMatch.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MuslimaMatch.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
By using the Service, you further agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
a. you will not use the MuslimaMatch.com service for any purpose other than seeking a marriage match.
b. you will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members/Users to buy or sell products or services through the Service.
c. you will not to use offensive behaviour towards other members or use of foul language in the messages to other members or in the profile
you will not post instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
d. you will not use the Service to harm legal minors in any way, including but not limited to exploiting (a) minor(s) in a sexual or violent manner. You will further not solicit a legal minor for personal information.
e. you will not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a MuslimaMatch.com administrator;
f. you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
g. you will keep all information provided to you through the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
h. you will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
i. you will not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do inot have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

r. you will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexually suggestive or connotative language or photographs, including but not limited to nudity or sexually provocative and explicit language and/or images.
s. you will not violate any operating rule, policy or guideline of your Internet access provider or online service.
t. you will not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
u. you will not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
v. you will not collect or store personal data about other users.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with MuslimaMatch.com profile holders, Members and/or Users.Therefore, MuslimaMatch.com cannot be held responsible for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential arising out of the use of this service, including without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other Members of the MuslimaMatch.com Service, or introduced to you via the MuslimaMatch.com Service. Such damages include without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress and discomfort.
You acknowledge that MuslimaMatch.com may or may not pre-screen profile information, but that MuslimaMatch.com is not responsible for the veracity of said information.
You specifically agree that MuslimaMatch.com is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that MuslimaMatch.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, modify or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, MuslimaMatch.com and its designees shall have the right to modify and/or remove any Content, including but not limited to mesages, photos, and profiles, that violates the Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge the possibility that other MuslimaMatch.com Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the MuslimaMatch.com service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you.
You agree that MuslimaMatch.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service. You are responsible for information you post on the Site. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the MuslimaMatch.com service or release to others.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Changes to Agreement You agree that MuslimaMatch.com may change the Agreement from time to time. You will be informed of any such changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after MuslimaMatch.com has posted such notice constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
You agree that MuslimaMatch.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that MuslimaMatch.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree not to resell the Service or use of or access to the Service. Your membership in the MuslimMatch.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Removal of Information
While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings, messages, video and audio recordings that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages, video and audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service.
Termination of Service
You acknowledge and agree that termination may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that MuslimaMatch.com may immediately delete files in your account and bar any further access thereto. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, and (f) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your MuslimaMatch.com account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service. MuslimaMatch.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
